Staying in the Work: What Integration Actually Looks Like
You’ve done the healing.
You’ve cried the tears, felt the releases, reclaimed your truth, and for the first time in a long time—you felt free.
For many women who’ve completed the Regressive Release Method (RRM), that freedom is profound. They’ve released pain that didn’t start with them. They’ve let go of beliefs they inherited or absorbed. They’ve tasted the lightness of their true self. And then… life keeps happening.
The laundry still piles up. The toddler still throws tantrums. The partner still doesn’t understand. The self-doubt returns, softer maybe, but familiar.
And that’s when the question arises:
“Now what?”
So many women think something’s gone wrong when their breakthroughs aren’t followed by fireworks. But the truth is: this is where the real work begins.
Healing Doesn’t End with a Breakthrough — It Begins with Integration
Integration is the stage where transformation settles into your bones. It’s not as loud as the moment of release. It doesn’t always feel as dramatic. But it’s every bit as sacred.
It’s choosing a new thought when the old one shows up.
It’s responding with curiosity instead of defense.
It’s breathing through the discomfort—without abandoning yourself.
Integration is when you begin to live your healing. When you notice the pause before the old reaction takes over. When you say “no” with a steady heart, instead of apologizing for needing space. When your nervous system recovers faster, even after hard days.
This phase can feel slow, subtle, and even a little uncertain. But that doesn’t mean the work has stalled. It means it’s deepening. You’re stepping into a new rhythm—not chasing the next breakthrough, but learning to stay steady in your truth.
Your Subconscious Mind Is Still Listening
One of the most misunderstood aspects of subconscious healing is the belief that it ends when the session ends. But the subconscious is a living, listening part of you. It’s always watching for patterns, collecting evidence, responding to what you repeat.
So even after RRM, even after the tears and the clarity and the “aha” moments—your subconscious continues to absorb.
Every time you affirm a new belief, practice your self-hypnosis, or take an action aligned with your future self, you send a clear signal: this is who I am now.
And the subconscious listens.
This is why consistent post-RRM support matters. Because without it, old patterns can quietly reappear—not because the healing didn’t work, but because repetition is what seals the change.
What Support Looks Like After RRM
True healing was never meant to be done alone.
After releasing so much, you need a container to hold the woman you’re becoming. A space to reflect, refine, and realign. That’s why I created two paths for continued integration:
*Note: The following offerings are for RRM graduates only
*Calling in Your Empowered Self is a live monthly space to revisit your self-hypnosis practice, deepen your vision, and connect with others walking the same path. It’s a practice, not a performance—a place to return to yourself without pressure or perfection.
*Empowerment Coaching offers private 1:1 support for RRM graduates who want to explore the next layer of their growth. Whether you're building a habit, navigating a transition, or simply needing support to stay grounded, this is where we strengthen the spiral.
You don’t need to start over. You don’t need to wait for the next crisis. You simply need a rhythm—a way to keep walking forward in alignment with your healing.
If You Haven’t Done RRM Yet…
You might be wondering: is this really possible for me?
It is.
This kind of integration becomes possible after you’ve released the programming that’s been holding you back. Once the weight is gone, your true self can finally lead. And that’s the work we do inside the Regressive Release Method—because no amount of surface-level effort can shift a belief that’s rooted deep in the subconscious.
If you’re tired of cycling through the same emotions, the same habits, the same stuckness… you don’t need more willpower.
You need a method that works at the level of the mind where those patterns began.
And when the release is complete—this blog becomes your map forward.

If You're New to This Work…
You don’t have to do it all at once.
But if you’re tired of surface-level fixes, and you’re ready to heal at the root—this is what’s possible.
This is what integration looks like.
This is what lasting change feels like.
And your subconscious is still listening.
