Calling In Your Empowered Self is a monthly Zoom gathering designed to support ongoing integration, subconscious reinforcement, and emotional alignment after completing the Regressive Release Method.

This is a space to reconnect with yourself, strengthen the changes already taking place, and continue practicing the emotional patterns you are intentionally creating in your daily life.

Nervous System Grounding and Emotional Regulation

Each session includes grounding practices designed to help reinforce emotional stability, self-awareness, and nervous system regulation.

Future Self and Subconscious Reinforcement

Through visualization, reflection, and subconscious practices, participants continue strengthening the internal shifts already established during RRM work.

Ongoing Integration and Alignment

This space helps support the transition from insight into embodiment — where healthier responses begin feeling more familiar and natural in everyday life.
