Then you explain exactly how you usually do it.
You mention the part that's easy to miss. They ask a question. You explain a little more. At some point you hear yourself say:
Never mind. I'll just do it myself.
And honestly, it does feel easier.
You know what needs to happen. You know how you want it done. You can probably finish it in less time than it would take to explain everything.
But easier in what way?
Because doing it yourself gives you something besides efficiency.
